Processing & Shipping Policy
Products are made and packaged by hand. We aim for perfection when creating our products. All orders require on average 3-10 Business days (Monday - Friday) processing before shipping. After processing is complete you will receive an email with your tracking number. During a sale, please allow up to 16 business days to process your order, orders are shipped and processed daily.
*Due to COVID-19, UPS and USPS have suspended service guarantees. Quoted delivery dates are estimates, and shipping times may take longer. If your tracking number has not updated in 5 business days (not including weekends & Holidays) please email customer service. Thank you for your support. See you at the next restock!
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations.
Our 14-day Guarantee: We firmly support our products. Our risk-free refund policy ensures your satisfaction. If you're not content within 14 days, you can return the product for a full refund. If there is a discrepancy with your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Cancellations are only available for orders that are still processing and have not shipped. Refunds will be issued in store credit via GOTS Electronic Gift Card only. Gift Cards can only be used online.
To provide the best service and ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure that your address is entered correctly. This includes the proper use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, and apartment numbers are very critical. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
If your address is wrong, please email us with a picture of your ID and correct address. If your order is shipped before your address change is processed, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact UPS and try to retrieve the package. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address due to an incorrect address.
My package was returned.
If your package is returned to us, you will be notified via email within 5 business days. All returned packages will be refunded with store credit minus the original shipping cost. If your package was returned due to natural disaster (Hurricanes, Fires etc.) we will hold your package until UPS can safely deliver it to you with no additional cost.
Package lost, stolen or damaged?
If your package was lost or stolen, you must file a claim with UPS OR USPS. Click the link below to start the process of your claim. To avoid stolen packages, you can also request UPS to hold your package at your nearest UPS location. All packages must be picked up within 3 business days. If your package is not picked up within 3 business days UPS will return the package to us. At that time a refund minus shipping cost will be issued.
Do you use color dye or glitter in your soap?
That’s a great question and one we get all the time. We do not use dye in any of our products. We use a coloring powder called Mica. Mica is a naturally occurring skin safe mineral. Mica powder is sparkly and may resemble glitter but it’s not. Mica is safe for all skin types and does not dye your skin in any way.
Why is your website sold out?
Due to our high demand, products are only available during scheduled restocks. Every product is handmade and packaged by hand. Subscribe to our website to be updated on restocks.
Do you use Lye (Sodium Hydroxide) in your soap?
Of Course. No lye = No soap!
All REAL soap is made with lye. Any skin or hair cleansing product made without sodium hydroxide is not soap, it is a detergent. Lye, which is an alkali, is combined with vegetable oils to cause a chemical reaction. This reaction breaks down the fats or oils into fatty acid chains, and the lye is neutralized in the process. If the soap is made properly, the lye is used up in the saponification process to turn oil into soap. There is no lye present in the finished bars of soap or shampoo. While all real soap must be made with lye, no lye remains in our finished product.
Do you accept pre-orders?

Where can I buy?
As of now products can only be purchased online or at our Locust Grove Retail store. We do not authorize resell of our products. Please do not purchase products that claim to be us if it is not directly on our website.

Why do colors and designs vary?
All products are handmade with love. Because we love what we do, we allow our creative energy to take control. Thus, creating beautiful, colorful and amazing soap. We understand that at times you may wish to have a specific color. Due to our large customer base, that is something we cannot accommodate at this time. Allowing personal request would increase order processing time. Regardless of the color or design, the healing properties are the same.
I recently purchased a soap, and my skin is breaking out.
If you are experiencing any type of breakout or skin reaction, please discontinue use immediately. Although our products are made with natural and organic ingredients, it’s still possible that you may be allergic to, or your skin is too sensitive to an ingredient.
What ingredients do you use to make soap?
Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Safflower Oil, Glycerin (kosher, of vegetable origin), Aqua/Water, Sodium Hydroxide (saponifying agent), Sorbitol (moisturizer), Propylene Glycol (of vegetable origin), Sorbitan oleate (emulsifier), Oat Protein (conditioner), essential oils, fragrance oils plus any additional ingredients listed under the product description.
